The project aims to enhance youth workers’ ability to address the unique challenges of young people’s intimate interactions online. By focusing on the digital dimension of relationships, it will equip professionals with the knowledge and tools to navigate these sensitive topics. This approach will allow youth workers to engage more effectively with young people, fostering dialogue that supports healthy online practices while addressing risks linked to online intimacy.

The project aims to remove barriers that prevent young people with diabetes from accessing international learning and volunteering opportunities like Erasmus+. Key goals include researching obstacles, developing practical digital tools like a web platform and toolkit, and empowering youth to lead local social initiatives. By promoting inclusion and equal access, the project encourages real social change through youth-led activism and awareness campaigns.

The project is a multidisciplinary team approach to endometriosis as an interactive training course for young people to embark on a digital path to
develop soft and hard skills to be applied in one’s profession. Endo-Team empowers young professionals to bridge a training gap, pursuing the following objectives: increase the skills of young health professionals in the path of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis; increase the sensitivity of the European population to endometriosis; promote a holistic, comprehensive, and gender-sensitive approach to endometriosis; promote cooperation between European health professionals; to produce a digital tool able to disseminate the best multidisciplinary practices for the management of endometriosis.
